Late night post

So today was a crazy busy day as usual and it ended with several hours spent trying to find a new theme for my blog.  FINALLY found one I like!  For today’s workout I did Nike Training Club.  It’s a great app for the iphone/ipod touch.   I did 45 minutes of advanced endurance.  Here are the weights I used for today’s workout!  8, 10 and 15 lbs

After dinner my son and I went on a 2.3 mile  walk.  We did several interval sprints to change things up and make them just a little  harder.  He did great!  Well that’s all for today.  Time to go to bed and start it all over again  🙂
