Embrace change

Hey guys!  So today I decided it was time to start my yoga routine.  I have been told numerous times that I should incorporate yoga into my schedule for health reasons.  I haven’t really fully devoted myself to it.  I have a hard time shutting my brain off and I know that is a big part of yoga.  I also find it very challenging, even more than insanity, so I kept putting it off.  I finally realized that I need to learn to adapt to this new routine and eventually I will learn how to fully engage in the mental aspect of it.  It’s going to be a challenge for me but I need to embrace this change.

I decided to try Jillian Michael’s yoga meltdown.  I really enjoyed doing her workout.  Image
