I started doing Body Pump and Body Combat two weeks ago and I’m following a hybrid schedule. This is where two Beachbody workout programs are be combined to provide you with different results than if you just did one program alone. I am doing Body Pump for the muscle toning aspect and Body Combat for the cardio aspect. Do both workout programs provide both muscle toning and cardio?
