My Workout Schedule for the Next 10 Weeks

I started doing Body Pump and Body Combat two weeks ago and I’m following a hybrid schedule.  This is where two Beachbody workout programs are be combined to provide you with different results than if you just did one program alone.  I am doing Body Pump for the muscle toning aspect and Body Combat for the cardio aspect.  Do both workout programs provide both muscle toning and cardio?  Yes, but doing both of them together provides an even better workout program.  Check out the schedule to see what workout I’m doing today!
