Yup I’m keeping it real!
👉🏻I workout in front of my AC with the ceiling fan blowing above me!
👉🏻I don’t like coming up with my own workouts so I have a “trainer” tell me exactly what workout to do each day and I have a schedule printed out so I can just look at it and check it off.
👉🏻I stream all of my workouts on my iPad or my iPhone so I can workout wherever I want (outside when it’s cool out or in front of my AC like I mentioned earlier). I don’t have to wait for the credits to play that tell you to consult a doctor before starting and I never have to leave my house and deal with traffic!!
👉🏻I don’t have to find a babysitter for my daughter because I get to workout at home.
👉🏻AND last but not least, I get my post workout recovery formula that tastes just like a frozen hot chocolate (not even kidding! It’s so good) for FREE!!! And I’m sitting outside listening to the crickets and enjoying it right NOW😍
I don’t have someone making sure I do my workout so at least that’s one thing I can give myself credit for 😜 I’m pretty good at that.
although my accountability partners do help me stay on track so I guess I can’t take all the credit 🙈
