If you follow my posts then you know I’m OBSESSED with protein pancakes. I HAVE to have them every day or my day just feels off. I actually look forward to having them. I like to add dark chocolate chips to them on occasion, usually on the weekend, and during the week I top with organic peanut butter (my 2 tsp from the 21 Day Fix) and crushed walnuts.

1 Red container = 1 scoop or your protein powder (1/2 serving) + 2 egg whites
1 Purple container = medium banana
If you add pb and walnuts you’ll need to adjust your containers for that
