“It’s a NEW month to set new goals! I like to look at what I accomplished last month, see if my efforts need to be improved, and set bigger goals to crush this month! I always set goals that are a little bit bigger than the previous month in order to challenge myself and bring me closer to where I want to be!

A few things didn’t happen in February and they are all my fault. I know what I needed to do to accomplish them and I fell off track. I threw myself a pity party over the weekend and realized that I CAN and WILL do this. I remembered WHY I wanted to accomplish said goals so much and it brought so much clarity.
One of them is to REACH my fitness goal. I fell off track on the weekends and no matter how hard I tried, I just kept slipping. I realized that we are 92 days away from the first day of June. I immediately realized that I have PLENTY of time to accomplish my goal IF I stay focused over the next 12 weeks. It takes 4 weeks for you to start to see changes, 8 for the people who know you and 12 for the rest of the world.
So whatever it is that you didn’t achieve last month, just realize that you CAN make adjustments and conquer your goals this month. You really do need to know WHY you want to achieve it so much. It must be an emotional connection of some sort or you just won’t take it seriously, especially when you fall off track. So find your WHY and let’s go make March amazing!
