My transformation

#transformationtuesday

To say I have completely transformed would be an understatement!

The girl on the left was broken. She spentIMG_2587her days looking in the mirror and not liking what she saw. She literally thought about her weight 24 hours a day and would try and hide it. She knew absolutely nothing about nutrition and was In desperate need of help even though she never asked. She played sports but never exercised outside of practice. She hated having her pictures taken so she would either put her hand over her face in every picture or she would take the school pictures and hide them from her mom so she couldn’t hang them up. She desperately wanted to lose weight and quick fix diets were appealing to her! Little did she know that eating disorders were going to become her life.

The girl on the right has been a long time work in progress! She understands how to live a balanced life, absolutely loves to workout and hardly misses a day of exercise, achieves her results with 30 minute programs, and knows that nutrition can be much simpler than counting calories and macros! She doesn’t deprive herself of treats because she knows that deprivation leads to eating disorders, something she struggled with in her early 20s. She loves to take pictures, especially progress pictures so she can compare and keep track of her progress.

My story just goes to show you that anything is possible! You CAN transform and completely change your life. I did it on my own at first but you don’t have to! If you need support I’m here to help! Through my experience I have been able to help so many women regain confidence and achieve goals they never thought they could! I know how lonely and dark it can be when you don’t love the way you look. How thoughts can haunt you all day and all night. How you never feel like you’re good enough or like you fit in with others who are smaller than you!

It doesn’t have to be that way though! It starts with the decision to make the change and then being consistent in your efforts. But it also takes understanding how nutrition works. Eating less and exercising more is not sustainable yet I see so many people taking this approach. You have to eat MORE of the right foods and you don’t have to kill your self in the gym for an hour! I workout at home for 30-45 minutes a day!

If you are looking to reach your fitness goals and you’d like to get started before summer arrives then I’d love to help you! My next 30 day online bootcamp starts in April and I’m enrolling people now. Message me or comment “I’m in” if you’re ready to take that next step to reaching your fitness goals and living a healthier, more confident life 💕
