Because these are all things I have struggled with!  I spent years dieting, I struggled with eating disorders, eating sugar free and diet foods, and doing hours or cardio.  Sure some of these things might have worked at first, but they didn’t last and they certainly weren’t good for me at all.  Eventually I stopped seeing any progress, no matter how hard I worked. I started blaming things on my age and getting frustrated with the slow progress. I followed slim down plans, I took fat burner supplements, anything that would help me see results, and fast!

The truth is those all contributed to my digestive issues and my metabolic damage.  The more I caved in to “quick fixes” the harder it was for me to see results.  I stopped losing weight, and either maintaining or gaining.  It was frustrating. I had clothes sitting in my closet that I would wear “next summer” and then next summer came and I wasn’t even close to fitting in them.

 I started doing my research. I realized that all of the years of mistreating my body was playing a huge role in why I couldn’t lose weight.  I am more determined than ever to share what I have learned with others who can relate so we can break these chains that hold us down!!

This program is about getting results, and fast. In our time together, we’re going to focus on five core elements: 

  1. Seriously cleaning up your diet. That means we’ll be eliminating ANYTHING processed for our 30 days together. Think lots of lean proteins, veggies and fruit.
  2. 30 – 45 minute workouts  – EVERY day.  Also, a short interval style workout that I will provide you 2-3 times per week so you can really turn your metabolism into a fat burning machine
  3. Daily mindset work. Your transformation is about more than just your body – this is about being the best version of yourself. Therefore, each day, you’ll be required to spend some time really working through your thoughts and visualizing your dream body and life.
  4. Accountability and support. You don’t have to do this alone – and you shouldn’t have to. A big reason you’ll see results in 30 days is because you’ll have the support and accountability to KEEP GOING from myself, and others on the same mission as you.
  5. Learning how to turn this into a lifestyle after the first 30 days.  I believe in balance.  I don’t believe that restricting foods is the answer; but with that being said, I do believe that there is a healthier way to include “not so good foods” and I will share tips on how to make this something you can keep doing without hurting your body or your results.

I can’t guarantee it’ll be easy. But I can PROMISE you it’ll be worth it.

I will make suggestions based on what I know will help you keep that metabolism working at its full capacity!
