Because I’ve been there!  I knew nothing about how to eat healthy or what workouts to do.  I worked 40+ hours in corporate America and had very little time to even think about fitting in a workout, never mind actually doing it.  By the time I came home, I had to make dinner, take kids to their after school activities, bath and bed.  I would plan to workout and I would fall asleep.   I caved for fad diets that I thought would help me see results FAST!  I tried every new diet out there, drank diet soda like it was my job and tried fitting in workouts here and there.  At the end of the day I still felt drained and I had absolutely no energy to take care of my kids the way they needed their mom to.   They didn’t know the importance of healthy eating because I failed to show them.

The truth is I desperately NEEDED To change.  If not for myself, for my kids who needed me to be the role model.   The more I caved in to “quick fixes” the harder it was for me to see results.  I stopped losing weight, and either maintaining or gaining.  It was frustrating. I had clothes sitting in my closet that I would wear “next summer” and then next summer came and I wasn’t even close to fitting in them.  I took my frustrations out on my kids and it was ruining my relationship with my husband.  When you don’t feel confident, are exhausted and life is crazy you tend to get a little moody (or maybe a lot!)

UNTIL

 I started doing my research.  I STOPPED caving for the “quick fix” diets that promised me fast results, but left me further from my goals, with no energy and absolutely miserable.  I learned how to make this a lifestyle, something I could FIT in my busy life and show my kids as well.  Something I could do on my own OR we could do together.  I worked out in front of my kids to show them this is important to me and to help them understand WHY.  They now know what it means to live a healthy lifestyle and WHY they need to eat healthy and be active too.  I learned that exercise doesn’t have to be long and I can fit this in my day and still get the results I wanted; and that eating healthy doesn’t mean only eating chicken and veggies because who can live on that?

This program is about getting results, and fast, but in a healthy way. In our time together, we’re going to focus on five core elements: 

  1. Seriously cleaning up your diet. That means we’ll be eliminating ANYTHING processed for our 30 days together. Think lots of lean proteins, veggies and fruit, but still tastes yummy!  Learning how to meal plan and prep for a busy week too!  I will be providing you with a 21 Day Meal Plan complete with a grocery list and the recipes you need to get started so you won’t be left having to do all the work yourself. 
  2. 30 – 45 minute workouts  – EVERY day.  Also, a SHORT interval style workout that I will provide you 2-3 times per week so you can really turn your metabolism into a fat burning machine
  3. Daily mindset work. Your transformation is about more than just your body – this is about being the best version of yourself. Therefore, each day, you’ll be required to spend some time really working through your thoughts and visualizing your dream body and life.
  4. Accountability and support. You don’t have to do this alone – and you shouldn’t have to. A big reason you’ll see results in 30 days is because you’ll have the support and accountability to KEEP GOING from myself, and others on the same mission as you.
  5. Learning how to turn this into a lifestyle after the first 30 days.  I believe in balance.  I don’t believe that restricting foods is the answer; but with that being said, I do believe that there is a healthier way to include “not so good foods” and I will share tips on how to make this something you can keep doing without hurting your body or your results.
