So I started my journey on Monday July 17th just like I said I would and it’s been amazing so far!!
I am LOVING the workouts and how just about ANYONE can do them.
Here’s a clip of me doing the 25 minute cardio. The workouts alternate between cardio and Strength each day. Week one workouts are 25 minutes, week 2 workouts are 35 minutes and week 3 workouts are 45 minutes.
While the workouts increase in length each week, the meal plan gets more restrictive. This is why this program delivers amazing results – IF you follow it as it’s laid out 🙂

These Nachos are my favorite meal from the entire plan. I see a lot of this meal in my future 🙂
Chickpea Curry and Chicken was pretty good but wasn’t my favorite.
Chicken Sausage with roasted summer vegetables and black beans. Since black beans are only allowed in week 1, I ate a lot of them 🙂
