So I started my journey on Monday July 17th just like I said I would and it’s been amazing so far!!
I am LOVING the workouts and how just about ANYONE can do them.
This week we moved on to 35 minute workouts!
Here is my meal plan for week 2!
I made several of the recipes from the Recipe book that came with the plan and they’re all soooo yummy!
This week was still pretty awesome even though I took away one yellow container. I didn’t feel deprived at all, maybe because I added an extra veggie and those are pretty filling.
Either way I didn’t feel like I was missing out or having any extra cravings. I will say that if I didn’t have my shakeology I wouldn’t have ever made it through this program. I NEED something sweet to get me through the day and I really look forward to my shakeology each day. It really does give me natural energy, help me feel full longer and get rid of any cravings that usually sneak up on me by mid afternoon/early evening.
I also usually have cravings after dinner for a snack and I haven’t had any at all since I started this meal plan. It just goes to show you that when you eat to fuel your body, you don’t feel like you need to eat more.
If you looked at my meal plan you would notice that protein pancakes are a staple in my diet 😀 . I just love them so much because they taste like regular pancakes (when made the right way!) and topped with peanut butter feels like a treat.
I can’t wait to see what week 3 brings. My yellow container goes away and my green and red increase. Chris says this is when the entire program comes together. I have no idea what that means but I guess I’ll find out 😀
