This is exactly why I do what I do.  I’ve been there girl, and I get it.  I know how hard it is to do something when you can’t get rid of that negativity.  I know what it feels like to look in the mirror and see someone else because I’ve suffered from body dysmorphic disorder.  But, I also know how to reverse the negative talk and see myself for who I really am and love and accept myself and I want to help YOU do the same!

We all deserve to look in the mirror and see ourselves for what we really are, uniquely beautiful!  We all have our own beauty and we need to rock it!  Life is too short to not enjoy every minute of it and if we are obsessing over things that don’t really exist or missing out on an event because we don’t feel good about ourselves then we really aren’t living.

It’s time to make a change.  But how?  That’s what I  am here for!  To help you replace those negative thoughts and self talk and turn them into positive beliefs.  You deserve to enjoy life because it’s just too short not to live for every minute of it!


Why choose to work with me instead of doing it on your own?  

Because losing weight is about changing behaviors, including your diet and activity. When you try to change a behavior you have had for a long time it is not easy. Having accountability and support around is extremely important when things become difficult, and you’re tempted to quit. I will be there to encourage you to stay on track when you get discouraged and I will be there to cheer you on when you’re crushing your goals.  Studies show that people are more successful in losing weight when they have a support group.

Everything you need to know about my 30 day challenge group

With my group you will receive support from a small group of women who are going through similar challenges as you.  Through the bonds you build with others you will be able to receive support as well as provide support because you will have something in common.  This group is limited to 10 people max in order to keep it small and intimate so I am very selective when allowing people into the challenge.  You have to be ready to make the changes and support others on this journey.  You will need to be ready to ditch your excuses and commit to daily participation.

 It’s hard to stay in shape if we continuously feed our bodies crap.  This same concept applies to what we feed our minds.

You learn to delete negative words from your vocabulary (ex “never,” “can’t,”  “try,”  “hope”).

 “Rather than berating yourself, recognize the silver lining in a difficult situation, practice gratitude for all that you do have and celebrate your efforts at self-improvement.”

To help with the negative self talk we will:

  • Work together to get to the root of the problems

  • Take part in small assignments that will help you replace the negative thoughts with positive ones

  • Read something inspirational to help you overcome your self doubt, fears and negative self talk

What if you aren’t happy with your progress?
